Refund policy
ALL SALES FINAL
Closed on Sunday operates on a limited-drop model. Each release is produced in small, intentional runs — once the product sells out, it doesn't come back. For this reason, all sales are final.
WHAT THIS MEANS:
- No refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or sizing preference
- No exchanges between styles or colorways
- No returns on opened, worn, or used items
- All discounted, sale, or drop-exclusive items are final sale
WHEN WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT:
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We'll replace or refund your order in these specific situations:
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing flaw, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clxsedonsunday.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If we send you the wrong item, that's our mistake. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping plus send the correct item.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If your tracking shows your order was lost in transit (not "delivered"), we'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund based on the carrier's investigation.
