SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from our manufacturing partner. Here's exactly what to expect.
PROCESSING TIME
HATS
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Once processed, your order ships from our overseas fulfillment partner.
CLOTHING (FUTURE DROPS)
Clothing items are made-to-order and require approximately 2 weeks of production time before shipping. You'll receive an email when production begins and another when your order ships.
DELIVERY TIME
Because we ship internationally for every order, delivery times are longer than typical domestic ecommerce. Please plan accordingly — especially for gifts or specific dates.
UNITED STATES
- Standard international shipping: 10-20 business days
- Express shipping (where offered): 5-10 business days
CANADA
- Standard: 12-25 business days
EUROPE & UK
- Standard: 14-25 business days
REST OF WORLD
- Standard: 15-30 business days
These are estimates from the carrier. Actual delivery can vary based on customs processing, weather, and carrier conditions outside our control.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. International tracking updates can be slower than domestic tracking — please allow 3-5 days after shipping for tracking to populate, and another few days between scan updates as your package moves through customs.
If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@clxsedonsunday.co.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are:
- NOT included in the price of the product
- NOT included in shipping at checkout
- The responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery
We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering if this is a concern.
If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, the package may be returned, destroyed, or held by the carrier — and we are unable to refund orders refused at customs.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Because every order ships internationally, delays happen. Common causes:
- Customs processing (especially for orders into the EU, UK, and Australia)
- Carrier handoffs between countries
- Weather, holidays, and high-volume seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
If your tracking hasn't updated in 14+ business days, email us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking marks a package as "delivered" but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or your delivery service
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly within 7 days to file a missing package claim
For packages confirmed lost in transit (not "delivered"), email hello@clxsedonsunday.co with your order number and we'll work with the carrier on a resolution. Replacements are subject to inventory availability.
WRONG ADDRESS
We ship to the address provided at checkout exactly as entered. If you realize the address is wrong:
- Email us within 24 hours of placing the order — we can sometimes fix it before processing
- After 24 hours, the order is typically already in production and cannot be edited
If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we'll contact you about reshipping. Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs in this case.
WHAT TO EXPECT, HONESTLY
We ship internationally for every order. That means longer delivery times than what you may be used to from larger US-based brands. If you need a hat for a specific date, please order at least 4 weeks in advance. We don't offer expedited shipping that can guarantee specific delivery dates.
We're a small brand and we work hard to ship quickly on our end. Everything after the carrier picks up the package is genuinely out of our control.
