We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, email us at info@clxsedonsunday.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on an exchange or store credit. Because every order ships internationally and is processed individually, we're not able to offer free return shipping — but we'll always make it right where we can.
Are any purchases final sale?
Limited drops and made-to-order clothing pieces are final sale — these will be clearly marked on the product page before you buy.
When will I get my order?
Hats are processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped from our overseas fulfillment partner. Because every order ships internationally, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days in the US (12–25 to Canada, 14–25 to Europe/UK, 15–30 to the rest of the world). If you need it by a specific date, order at least 4 weeks ahead — we're upfront that we don't offer guaranteed-date express shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our hats are made through a trusted overseas manufacturing partner selected for quality, durability, and fair production practices. Future clothing drops will be made-to-order in small batches.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Please note: customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are not included and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.
